I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were small and somewhat awkward but had a fridge and microwave, and the view overlooking the Hudson River was lovely. The service at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful, especially Nicky, who even offered flight check-in assistance. The location is terrific in the heart of the Upper West Side with great subway links. The dining experience at Zabar's was a bit of a letdown. Overall, a decent experience with some room for improvement.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, close to Central Park and the Museum of Natural History, with easy access to the subway and away from the busy Times Square. The rooms, however, were a bit disappointing with small size and a shared bathroom.
